Alan Foley, the celebrated Head Chef, is trained in French cuisine and there is a strong emphasis on locally sourced food including free range. Bar 1808 serves and early bird version of the Rubens’ à la carte menu from Sunday to Thursday starting at 6.00 p.m. Lunch is also served seven days per week 12.30 – 2.30 p.m. The mahogany island bar, welcoming staff and open fire provides the perfect location for a leisurely afternoon.
Open: Thursday, Friday and Saturday night from 6.30 to 10.30 p.m. and Sunday lunch from 12.30 to 3.00 p.m.
