Completed in 2009, this modern facility has a 25-metre six lane swimming pool with a sauna and steam room. The gym has been equipped to the highest standards featuring Techno Gym equipment, used by all competitors in the last three Olympic Games. The aerobics studio holds over 50 classes ranging from the Les Mills Body Pump and Body Attack Programmes to zumba, pilates and yoga. The centre also offers an extensive programme of swimming lessons and a coffee dock area.
